The deaths occurred at a rented condominium residence at 2nd Avenue South & Lea Avenue. Steve McNair, 36, was shot multiple times and killed in Nashville, Tennessee, along with a woman who has now been identified as Sahel Kazemi, 20, shot once in the head and killed.
